I found this product to be quite effective in relieving muscle pain and soreness. I recently started training and was advised to incorporate BCAA into my routine. After reading reviews, I decided to go with this brand. One thing to note is that it does foam up when shaken, which I personally don’t prefer, but the foam settles down after some time.
