Thanks to the second zipper, this product is highly effective. It provides a slight compression around my belly when I wear it, which I appreciate. I also like the fact that it can be adjusted to shrink or expand as needed. I find it very comfortable to wear while I’m cleaning, as I’m constantly moving around. However, I don’t think I could wear it for long drives as it might be restricting. Overall, I love this product and I believe it is definitely worth the investment.

Cap will not unscrew –
I appreciate the waist trainer because it’s unlike latex ones. It’s snug but not too tight as it stretches, causing you to sweat while wearing it. I recommend wearing it during workouts, house cleaning, or running errands. After having a c-section, it’s been helpful in keeping everything in place.
