The hat becomes very loose when I run or do cardio exercises like jumping up and down. It easily starts to loosen. Not recommended for working out. However, for daily use, it is light, comfortable, and gets the job done.

I purchased two of these hats. They fit well and are easy to clean without needing a hat washer. The brim shape may change over time, but I bought them specifically for exercise. The appearance is decent, although the patterns may fade in the wash. Overall, I find them affordable and effective for their intended use.

I have been using this hat exclusively for running since it arrived, and it’s fantastic. It stays securely on my head, absorbs sweat well, has a perfect bill length for running, is sturdy yet lightweight, comfortable in the sun and rain, etc. The adjustment strap at the back works perfectly, and it looks good too. The only downside is that on a hot full-sun day, it can get warm, but you can always get superlight mesh caps for those days. Enjoy your time outside! 🙂
