I have ordered this HMB product without any issues in the past. However, for the last three times, they have consistently sent the wrong item – L citrulline. They do not offer customer support and do not indicate when they are out of stock. I am no longer willing to continue purchasing from them.

Initially, the taste resembled that of a lab-grade product, with a distinct “lab flavor.” However, when mixed into coffee using a battery-operated frother, it blended well. While I am yet to experience the benefits, I have not encountered any adverse effects thus far.

This product had a terrible taste and appeared to have powder residue on the outside of the container, making it seem like it had been tampered with. Despite being sealed, the taste was so awful that I doubted its safety and worried I had consumed something toxic. I have not been able to return it due to the pandemic, so it remains unused in my closet, making it a waste of money. It was a mistake not to return it sooner.
