These wrist straps felt comfortable and secure initially, but once I started lifting, they caused a lot of friction at the anchor points on my wrists. This led to pain in my forearm on one side. I have a 6.5-inch wrist with a tight measurement. I switched to versa grips pro and they worked perfectly. Not sure why these didn’t work for me.

The wraps have some good and bad points. The Velcro is nice and the rubber grip prevents slipping. However, the rectangular ring can dig into your wrist if too tight. Loosening them helps and they may improve over time. Despite this, I like the straps and will continue using them.

I find these lifting straps to be excellent! They offer great wrist support during my workouts, especially for lat pull downs and deadlifts. They also work well for bench press. The stretch is just right – comfortable yet stable. The quality is amazing, much better than other cheaper ones I’ve tried. I’m very satisfied with these straps and would recommend them to anyone starting deadlifts.

I waited to review these until I broke them in and tested them, and they are nearly perfect! The wrist straps provide excellent support and are super comfortable. The grip on the bar strap is great too. I felt added wrist support during pushing movements and even increased my Deadlift 1RM by 20k. They haven’t absorbed any sweat odor and show no signs of wear after heavy use. They were stiff initially but became flexible after a few minutes. I recommend these to anyone looking for quality…
