The medication I take for my heart causes stomach upset and water loss, but replacing the lost water is easy. However, it’s important to also replace essential electrolyte minerals like magnesium, calcium, and potassium. These tablets are large, even when cut in half, making them hard to swallow. I find it easier to dissolve them in hot water and drink it once it cools down.

I am extremely disappointed with this product. After taking the tablet following dinner, I experienced severe stomach cramps and bloating due to gas. I kindly request that this item be returned and a refund be provided.

The plastic bottle for this product has been made 30% taller, but the number of pills and their strength remains the same as it has been for years. I question if Nature Made is trying to increase plastic waste and shipping weight for the customer’s expense. It seems like a tactic to give the appearance of more product being included due to the taller bottle. Personally, I am not a fan of receiving 30% more plastic in my shipment.
