Summary:
The Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men Daily Multivitamin Supplement is designed for active men, containing 75+ ingredients across 4 performance blends. It includes 25 vitamins, essential minerals, 1 gram of amino acids, and 1,500 IU of Vitamin D. Some users have reported crumbling of tablets when transferred to pill cases due to moisture exposure, but the product remains safe to consume. Changes are being made to enhance tablet integrity. It is recommended to store the product in the original container in a cool, dry place, with the lid tightly closed and not left open for long periods. The dosage is 3 tablets daily with meals. Optimum Nutrition also offers a similar Opti-Women multi-vitamin for active women.

Great product!

This multivitamin is the most comprehensive one available and is from a trusted brand. It is pricier than other options and requires taking 3 tablets per dose.

These vitamins are decent for the price since you get a lot per tablet. The only issue is that the servings are smaller compared to the lifetime brand I usually take, which splits up the nutrients. The AM and PM capsules are a great feature as the body requires different nutrients at different times of the day. Opti-men are acceptable if you don’t use lifetime, but it’s challenging to switch back after using the lifetime brand.

The pills are larger than my preference, but they are packed with the minerals and vitamins I require.

“I love it! I need to order more because I’m almost out.”

Effective multivitamin for men, but be cautious of the caffeine content. Shows signs of oxidation quickly when exposed to air/humidity.

I couldn’t find these anywhere I went, but they arrived just in time when I ran out. The product is average, but the seller was great.
