I take it 1-2 hours before my workout. The tablet is too big, so I have to split it in my mouth before swallowing, but it tastes bad and smells. I find it hard to believe in the results without any noticeable changes in numbers, so I can’t comment on its actual effectiveness. Personally, I feel like my body gets heavier when I take this.
