I think creating a powdered drink mix for magnesium threonate is a clever concept as many find swallowing Mg capsules difficult due to their size. However, this particular formulation falls short. The powder doesn’t dissolve easily, requiring multiple water refills to get all the bits stuck at the bottom and sides of the glass. Additionally, the flavor is excessively sweet and has an unusual tinny taste that doesn’t resemble “mixed berry” as advertised. Ultimately, I opted for capsules instead.
