These supplements are a good size and enjoyable to eat. The flavor is really good and they have a consistency similar to sweet tarts, making them much like eating candy. Most supplements aren’t that tasty but I actually look forward to eating these. I would prefer them to deliver 5g of creatine instead of 3 but it’s really not a big deal, especially for those with sensitive stomachs who don’t tolerate higher doses well.

These MuscleTech Creatine Chews are convenient to carry in any bag. The taste is delicious and smooth, and the recommendation is to take 3 chewable tablets providing 3 g of creatine. I find myself taking 2-3 daily throughout the day. I appreciate how easy it is to keep them handy and the overall convenience. The product has a nice presentation and I love that I can use it anytime. The flavor is really nice and the product is great.

I appreciate the shift from powder to a creatine snack. These are my preferred choice over gummies as they don’t cause gas or bloating for me and taste great, similar to smarties. Looking forward to new flavors being introduced.

I enjoy the MuscleTech brand, including their protein powder and muscle builder. However, the creatine chews did not deliver the same results as Optimum Nutrition’s creatine. I would suggest the chews as an alternative for others.

If you prefer chews over gummies, this product is a good choice. Personally, I find the chalkiness of chews less appealing compared to gummies or powdered drinks. However, I believe it’s more about personal preference. The balance of creatine to sugar is good in my opinion, so I’m not deducting many stars for it.

Initially, I had no issues with using creatine powder at home. It’s light, fluffy, virtually tasteless, and slightly gritty in a pleasant way. However, its inconvenience for travel led me to try these chewables. They are mess-free, easy to pack, and provide a convenient alternative to measuring out powder. The flavor is enjoyable, resembling sweet candies, albeit with a modest level of sweetness. Each chew contains 1 gram of creatine, making it easy to track daily intake. The quality is…

My son and I have been using these creatine chews for a few weeks now and they are effective. It’s hard to compare them to other creatine supplements since I’ve been using those for years, but these chews are definitely working. I take a half dosage for maintenance rather than muscle growth, so I haven’t seen major gains, but I also haven’t lost muscle. I’ve noticed quicker recovery after workouts, which is why I use them. My son prefers these chews over the powder as they don’t require…

I enjoy using creatine for my workouts, but I dislike the powder form. I switched to caplets to avoid the powder taste, but they were not as effective. I then tried gummies, which I like for their benefits and lack of powder taste, although they don’t provide the same kick as the powder. These new caplets have the same kick as powder without the chalky texture. They are not my favorite, but they are less chalky than powder and have more kick than gummies. I used them during my bicep and back…
