I have been a long-time user of this product without any issues, it has been great. However, I have received a faulty product for the second consecutive time from this Amazon retailer. It seems to be clumping and getting humid, which indicates improper storage. This is unacceptable considering the price of the product. The TSA agent suggested that it’s better to check the product instead of carrying it on, as different flavors may trigger alerts.
