I rely on gels for all my races and time trial workouts, specifically ones with caffeine for an extra boost. When I tried these gels, I was truly impressed. The difference in energy was remarkable – it felt like jet fuel compared to my usual diesel. I highly recommend them, despite the higher cost, as the performance benefits are worth it.

I was pleasantly surprised by how closely these resemble cola in taste. The thinner consistency of these makes them easier to consume compared to other flavors.

I find the goo in these products to be just as effective as any other goo I’ve tried. I haven’t experienced any gastrointestinal issues personally, and it provides the necessary nutrition for my triathlon training. The standout feature for me is the flavor! It doesn’t taste exactly like cola but it definitely has a cola-like essence. I appreciate that it’s not overly sweet, tangy, or overpowering compared to other flavors. This goo has become my top choice!

As someone who has participated in triathlons, running, soccer, and rugby for the past 20 years, I have tried many electrolyte/calorie gels. I initially thought I could finish the box, but ended up giving it away on Facebook.
The taste is somewhat reminiscent of cola, but it leans more towards a bitter and medicinal…

Updated review after 3+ months of use: I wanted to revisit my opinion on this product to say that the flavor has actually started to appeal to me more over time. While it still isn’t my top choice and I won’t be buying it again, I have come to find them somewhat enjoyable once you adjust to the taste.
Initial review:
I decided to try these after my go-to flavor (citrus) was no longer available and I was looking for something caffeinated. The product has a nice texture and fun packaging, but…

I found that these don’t taste good at all. Usually, I don’t have a problem with any flavor, but this one is just really bad.

Pros:
I enjoyed the unique flavor as a nice change from the usual options. The added caffeine was a welcome touch. Furthermore, the pricing was more affordable compared to local stores.
Cons:
Unfortunately, Amazon shipped the product in envelopes via USPS, resulting in the items being smashed during transit. Nearly half of them were burst open, causing a huge mess. While I appreciate Amazon’s prompt refunding, I am disappointed by the increasing trend of sending items in envelopes, which I…
