The image shows my finisher’s medal and 2nd place division medal from my 5th full marathon on October 14, 2023. I carried four of these energy gels in my shorts pockets, taking one before the race. They were fantastic! Kept my energy levels up until mile 21 or 22. Easy to open and didn’t cause any digestive problems. I highly recommend them!

I am a fan of this energy gel! It helps me power through my long runs. The flavor is pleasant. I would absolutely suggest trying it out!
John Cliff –
I find gels to be unappetizing in general due to their taste and texture, and these were no different. However, I did consume a full pouch about 10 minutes before my run and found that they settled well in my stomach without causing any irritation. I have not tried consuming one during my run as I do not enjoy them, so I cannot speak to their effectiveness in that scenario.

The product has a thick consistency, so you may want to drink some water with it. However, I believe it is effective and has a great taste.

I have only tried this energy gel so far, so I can’t compare it to other brands. The taste is alright, although it does have a slightly rubbery flavor at first, but it’s tolerable. I wouldn’t recommend eating it as a snack, fruits would be a better option. I typically use 2-3 gels for my 2-hour runs and it does the job. I usually consume it on its own, even though it’s recommended to mix it with drinks.

The product performed its job, but it was too sweet and thicker than I had anticipated. It wasn’t terrible, but I have chosen not to buy it again.

I enjoy using this product during my long bike rides. It works exceptionally well.

I love using this product as my go-to fuel during long runs. If my runs go beyond 60 minutes, I make sure to start fueling with these. They taste delicious and provide me with the energy boost I require to sustain my running. Taking one every 40 minutes during my long runs significantly helps me prevent hitting the wall. The Raspberry Lemonade flavor is absolutely fantastic.
