I have been a long-time user of this product, but unfortunately, this time I received a bad batch. Since it was purchased through Amazon and it’s been over 30 days, I have no choice but to keep it. I recommend other buyers to check the product immediately upon receipt to avoid encountering the same issue. Before this incident, I would always give this product 5 stars. UPDATE: I reached out to C4, and after a couple of emails, they are sending me a replacement bottle.
