These are elastic bands for weightlifting. They hold the joint in place, supported by ample thickness and quality material. They are easy to tighten around the arm and adjustable. Overall, they are versatile. In my case, I tried them because sometimes I have forearm pain that extends to the elbow, and keeping it wrapped gives me relief. Although well constructed, I notice that the thick band can become uncomfortable to wear over time. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong in wearing it…

In my opinion, elbow sleeves for lifting belong in a well-sorted gym bag just like a towel and a weightlifting belt. These are well-made, good value for money, hence 5 stars.

I have been using these Elbow Wraps for over a month consistently during weightlifting and bench press. The wraps are made from stretchable high-performance elastic fabric, allowing for different compression levels. I wrap them tightly for maximum support during heavy lifts, and more loosely for flexibility on lighter workout days. These wraps are great for protecting elbows from stress and strain, particularly during heavy lifts. They reduce pulling forces on triceps, enabling me to lift…

Reasonable wrap-around elbow braces are surprisingly hard to find. These ones make a good first impression: the material is thick yet elastic, providing good support and allowing for a snug fit. The Velcro closure is decent and holds up well under tension. The only downside is the length – they are simply too short. They might be sufficient for completely untrained individuals or teenagers, who are typically not in need of braces. Alternatively, they could be used as slightly longer wrist…

These are truly amazing. First of all, you can tell they are of good quality, and then the feeling of security they provide during training is great, helping to prevent potential injuries. So, they are 100% recommended for training.

After experiencing severe elbow pain during heavy bench and triceps exercises, I decided to try these out on my next heavy lifting day. Despite lifting 315lbs, I did not experience any elbow pain at all! These sleeves truly do make a difference. They are also excellent for triceps workouts.

Purchased 3 sets of elbow wraps. Just what I needed for complete relief from elbow pain when lifting heavy weights.

The wrist wrap performed as expected initially and was easy to use. However, the Velcro began to deteriorate after just over 2 months of use (2-3 times a week during heavy lifting sessions). Overall rating: 6/10.
