This is my initial experience with this product, so I can’t speak to its effectiveness yet. However, I have had positive experiences with other EVL products in the past. The recommended serving size is 3 capsules daily, but I am currently taking 2 per day. I have found this product to be more budget-friendly compared to other brands. I will provide an update after using it for a few months.
