This sports bra is nice, but I recommend sizing up. I usually wear a medium, but the medium is very snug, especially with the pads in. I took the pads out and it still holds everything in well. The back strap sewing is a bit off, but it doesn’t affect the bra’s functionality. The material is soft and the elastic band is stretchy. The tank top is a bit small and tight around the stomach. Consider getting a large size instead.

While it may not offer enough support for running (perhaps a size smaller would), it is perfect for everyday wear under regular clothes and for working out. I love it! The quality is fantastic, the material is butter soft, and it fits like a glove. However, the white one shows the cup pads clearly, and if you remove the pads, your goods are visible. Despite this, I’ll tolerate the pads showing because the quality is so good.

Great support while running, doesn’t squeeze and makes you feel suffocated, plus the price is very reasonable. The only downside is that it doesn’t have quick-dry technology. If you sweat a lot, the top gets soaked.
