I find these grips extremely helpful when lifting dumbbells as they greatly improve my grip strength. They are definitely a necessity when lifting heavy weights and are well worth the investment. The only downside is that chalk can be messy, so I recommend using a bucket or some other container to contain the mess. Overall, a great product that I would highly recommend!

This chalk provides excellent grip. If you plan to bring it to the gym, make sure to pack it in a ziploc bag and inquire with the gym staff about their chalk policy, as some gyms do not permit its use. Personally, I use chalk for heavy lifting and calisthenics such as pull-ups, bench press, and I am also learning muscle-ups. It’s not necessary to use chalk for every exercise, especially if you’re not lifting heavy weights.
