I enjoy using the chalk as it is effective, but I find that I need to reapply it frequently when I am sweating during my workouts. It also tends to break off quite easily, which can be bothersome. To address this issue, I now break it into a powder at home and carry it to the gym to avoid the mess caused by its tendency to break off easily.
