I have tried many BCAA blends, and this one is definitely one of the best in terms of taste. While I can’t say for certain if BCAAs truly make a difference or if it’s just a placebo effect, I do feel like this product gives me an energy boost and helps reduce soreness the next day, which is what matters most to me.
