I purchased several pairs of these for weightlifting. They are soft and comfortable, provide good grip for holding dumbbells, and prevent blisters. They are easy to put on and take off, even when sweaty. I rinse them in the sink and they take a day or two to dry completely. The closure is Velcro. My only issue is that the Velcro is starting to wear out, and I have to re-close them a few times during my workout.

The adhesive grip that came with my power tower was not good quality, so I purchased these gloves instead to add more grip during pull ups/chin ups. The size chart was accurate. The gloves are snug, comfortable, and provide good cushioning and grip. After six months of regular use, they are holding up well. I store the gloves on the top posts of my power tower.
