The belt appears to be of good quality and has a solid feel to it. However, I found it to be too large despite wearing a size L. I have never sweat so much while wearing a belt before. Considering trimming a foot off due to its size. Overall, would have rated it 5 stars if it had fit better.

It’s annoying when strange people who only complain try to badmouth a good product! They claim it interferes with a pregnancy belly or while jogging! I wore this large belt for only one night and sweated a lot! Today, my scale showed -1.2 kg! I am only starting to use it for sports today and I am looking forward to more results! I am a plus-size woman, but the large/extra large size is too oversized for me. I find it difficult to wrap it evenly around my torso as it tends to form an X shape with the end flaps hanging down. Despite this, the product is durable and I now use it for back support.

I am very satisfied with this belt. It is of very good quality, the Velcros hold very well despite movements even during an ab workout. When you take it off, it’s damp underneath which proves its sweat-wicking and slimming effectiveness. However, be careful not to confuse it with a support belt, as it is thick under clothing. I am extremely pleased with this product! It is comfortable and can be easily hidden under my clothing. I apply coconut oil to my stomach and waist before putting on this belt. I have already lost an inch off my waist and couldn’t be happier! I plan on wearing this belt every day for as long as I can, or until it wears out and I have to buy a new one, haha.
