The capsules are white in color, unlike the usual yellow or tan ones. I have been using vitamin D supplements for a long time, but I haven’t noticed any difference with these. They haven’t helped with my seasonal blues like other brands I’ve tried before. Unfortunately, they also caused digestive issues for me, as well as for my son and daughter-in-law who had a similar experience. It was disappointing since I had purchased multiple bottles as Christmas gifts.
