After trying Kion, we decided to give Thorne and VitaMonk a shot. My wife and I enjoy both products. I personally prefer Thorne, while she leans towards VitaMonk. Both alternatives are $10-15 cheaper per month compared to Kion, which led us to subscribe to both and save some money. The flavors are fantastic, especially with how they’ve managed to reduce the sweetness from Kion while still effectively masking the amino taste. The amino levels are impressive, although I would have liked a bit…

I appreciate the product for its intended purpose, but I found the taste of the berry flavor to be overly artificial and quite intense. I was surprised by this as the ingredient list does not indicate anything of that nature. I plan to try the other flavor next, although it’s not the worst product I’ve tried.

I have purchased this product twice now. I engage in a variety of workouts including weightlifting, running, and multi-functional exercises. I have been taking amino acids from different brands for a long time, but I decided to do some thorough research and felt much more comfortable opting for Thorne. The product is from a reputable brand, but unfortunately, it has been causing me digestive discomfort. Despite its high price, I plan to experiment with a very small dose taken with food to see if gradually increasing it will help alleviate the unpleasant symptoms. I’m unsure if the issues stem from the product quality or if my digestive system is simply sensitive. Additionally, I have a sensitivity to beef protein isolate, so if you face similar challenges with that ingredient, you might…

I was extremely disappointed with the lemon flavor of this product. Despite trying to force myself to drink it, I couldn’t stomach it and ended up regurgitating the final gulp. It had a taste reminiscent of old wood paneling mixed with lemon-scented pledge. I can’t fathom the berry flavor being any worse based on my experience with the lemon one.

Thorne consistently delivers a high-quality product with a pleasant, light lemon flavor.

I prefer the berry flavor over the citrus lemon version. It’s delicious when mixed with water and also blends well in smoothies. Incorporating this into my daily routine has helped improve my mood stability. My doctor recommended it and I believe it has positively impacted my health. I highly recommend it.
