This was my first time trying this product, but the online reviews leave no doubt that it is a very good product. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste (tropical flavor) – it’s actually good. It goes down very easily during my run. It’s easy to carry and works very well. I have no negative points to mention about this product. It contains 60ml and 22g of carbohydrates.
