I found these to be a fantastic value for the price and they were a lifesaver during my long runs and half marathon. They provided me with a noticeable energy boost without causing any stomach problems. I ended up consuming about 7 of them during my half marathon – they were that good! Not only do they taste great, but they are also convenient to use and open.

Every athlete should definitely try it for themselves, as every body reacts differently. It works well for me, tastes great, and helps me during endurance cycling. It can be easily stored in jersey pockets, allowing you to pack multiple pieces conveniently.

I consume these gels before and during my cycling rides, typically every 15 – 20 miles. When combined with regular food, they provide me with sustained energy to cover long distances.

Good solution for the cycling jersey

Comfortable, effective, not too sweet but honestly lacks in flavor. Recommended!

These gels are quickly absorbed and provide 22g of carbs to prevent bonking without causing a sugar spike. In comparison to Stinger Energy Gel, which contains 24g of carbs with 48% from added sugar, SIS Gels are more effective. However, the larger serving size of SIS Gels may be impractical as they take up more pocket space and cost $1.89 per serving, which is not particularly impressive. The flavors of SIS Gels are decent but more subtle, and the texture may be unappealing, resembling a…

I am giving this product 5 stars even though I have not yet tried it. I often see this brand featured in the grand bike tour races on TV and it is endorsed by GCN. As someone who does long solo rides, I have tried other brands that have worked well for me and prevented me from hitting the wall near the end of my rides. I am excited to try this product during a long ride on my smart trainer. Unfortunately, this brand is not available in local sports/bike shops in Ottawa, Ontario, so I had to…

SIS is known for producing supplements with disappointing flavors. While their Turbo+ powder may have been removed from the market, their gels have a positive consistency. It is easy to consume a whole packet quickly without needing to drink water immediately after. However, the downside is that they can be bulky, requiring 3 or 4 to fill a jersey pocket. It would be great if other gel makers could achieve a similar consistency to SIS by adding more water, or if SIS could improve their…

This product is of excellent quality and tastes delicious! It is convenient to carry around, and in my opinion, the pineapple flavor is the most delicious.

This was my first time trying gels, and I opted for these due to their affordability. With a triathlon on the horizon, I decided to test them out. The taste is pleasant, though the texture was a bit unusual to me. Perhaps I just need time to acclimate! Nonetheless, the energy boost before my run was fantastic. A versatile option, as it fits easily into any fanny pack or running vest.
