I genuinely enjoy this product as it revitalizes my energy post a strenuous gym session. I have only used this product three times, and each time I experienced an itchy and flushed feeling on my skin about 30 minutes to an hour after drinking it, which lasts for about an hour. This reaction is apparently due to the high dose of beta-alanine in the product. I am hoping that my body will eventually get used to it. While I am satisfied with the recovery formula, I am hesitant to purchase it again due to the presence of beta-alanine, sucralose, and FD&C Blue 1 in the product.
