I cannot confirm its effectiveness, but I have noticed improved recovery since using this product in combination with BCAAs. However, I find the container to be of poor quality, with a handle on the scoop that is too short. Despite this issue, I am generally satisfied with the product, although I may consider investing in a better container in the future.
