I usually prefer USP-certified vitamins and one of my top choices is Nature Made. It took some time for me to choose this product as I specifically wanted a magnesium complex without Vitamin D. However, I realized that having Vitamin D included could actually help prevent deficiencies. In the end, I found this magnesium complex to be worth it. It contains the types of magnesium I was seeking and I have not experienced any problems with this vitamin.
