If you’re in search of an affordable multivitamin, this might suit your needs. Personally, I find the absorption rate lacking, making it seem like you’re just excreting most of it as expensive urine. I prefer the Kaged Muscle multi as it offers better absorption due to the appropriate dosage of vitamins. This is the best multivitamin I’ve tried since Usana, which costs five times more. My girlfriend and I both love these vitamins because they make us feel noticeably better without upsetting our stomachs. These vitamins and minerals are actually absorbed by our bodies. Overall, this is probably the best health supplement I’ve come across since discovering black elderberry extract pills. Great product!

The multivitamins come at an unbeatable price and are loaded with essential nutrients. However, a drawback is the uncertainty surrounding which formula you’ll receive upon purchase. Some batches contain a new formula with slightly improved ingredients, while others stick to the old formula. Despite this inconsistency, I deducted only one star as the product continues to offer good value even with the older formulation.
