I want to clarify that sweating does not directly result in losing fat. Sweating is the body’s way of cooling down and can help open up your pores. To lose fat, you need to burn more calories than you consume. As for the vest, it provides a snug fit with good quality and comfort. I purchased it to improve my posture, and I find that squeezing my belly in helps lift my chest. It does not have a negative impact on the organs, as it simply helps correct any posture issues caused by gravity.

While this product is effective, it is too large for me. I would prefer if it came in an extra small size. I ordered a small in men’s, but at 5’7″ and 147 pounds, it is too long and loose on me. It goes past my hips and lacks the snug fit of an extra small. Despite this sizing issue, I find that it still gets the job done.
