The size is perfect. I needed shorts for recovering from surgery and physical therapy. Having a back pocket would be a nice addition, but its absence is not a deal breaker.

The medium size of these shorts fits well for me, with a good combination of waist fit and inseam length. One of the shorts had faulty stitching on a pocket, resulting in a large hole, which I fixed with hand-sewing. The pockets are too shallow as my cell phone fell out a few times when squatting.

This product is a great deal. My partner recently had a double stroke and I am the healthier one between us. I had a stroke 6 years ago. These clothes are fantastic for easy and quick dressing. They look nice and my partner loves them.
