I have been using this product for a few weeks and have noticed improved sleep quality. I am not certain if it is just a coincidence, but I believe this product is beneficial. I take only one capsule per day as a 160 lb male, as I have found that they can have a slight diuretic effect. I do not take them daily, usually only 4-5 times per week. I plan to continue using this product but will do so in moderation.

The product arrived with the inner seal detached and no cotton inside. The bottle was filled to the top with capsules and previous ones had both external and internal seals intact, preventing capsules from spilling out. This made me feel skeptical and I do not plan on taking them.
