I no longer worry about inhaling the magnesium citrate powder. I use clips to seal the bag, which can be tricky to open and close. I avoid putting my face close to the bag when measuring, opting to keep it up high while scooping. Despite losing the measuring spoon, I found that using a metal 1/4 teaspoon worked well for the powder from the capsules. After researching magnesium, I discovered its numerous benefits for both the body and mind. This particular product addresses many of those benefits and I was pleased to find that it counteracted the negative effects of a medication I was taking. I have noticed an improvement in my mood since taking it three times a day. It’s worth noting that this magnesium does not have a laxative effect β for that purpose, I recommend a different magnesium product.

I have tried various magnesium citrate supplements, and while this product is good, I am skeptical that it truly contains 500mg as claimed. Based on my experience, I find that I get better results with a 500mg dosage compared to what this product offers, which feels more like 400mg to me.
