Personally, I find this product undrinkable. I’m not sure if it’s the sweetener they use, but the excessive sweetness causes me to gag. I prefer beverages that are not overly sweet, so I thought the strawberry lemonade flavor would have a tartness similar to real strawberry lemonade. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I am extremely impressed by this brand of pre and post workout drinks! The pre workout is highly effective, but it is important to consume it early due to its high caffeine content and short shelf life. There is nothing negative to say about these clean and healthy supplements.
