I sought out a 3000mg HMB supplement to support muscle mass growth, and found that 4 capsules provide the desired dosage. Though it may seem like a lot, I divide the intake throughout the day. The added vitamin D is a bonus. While it’s difficult to attribute muscle mass changes solely to this supplement due to various factors, it does appear to be beneficial. I appreciate that it’s third-party tested and non-GMO.
