This product tastes like a melted freezie, making it easy to drink and provides a good energy boost. Unlike gel energy supplements that are difficult to swallow and can feel like a challenge, this product goes down smoothly without any issues. The only downside is the larger size of the pouches compared to gel-based supplements. Overall, if you don’t have a problem with gels, you might prefer sticking with those instead.

This is by far the worst-tasting energy gel I have ever had. It tastes so bad that I’m unsure if it has already gone bad, even though the expiration date is still valid.

The gel is also a good product, very liquid but easy to dispense by simply squeezing it into your hand instead of pouring it onto your clothes and shoes. The lemon flavor is not overpowering. It’s just a shame that the pack only contains 9 gels instead of 12.

I am a big fan of this product and usually purchase it from local running stores. However, when I tried ordering it from Amazon, two of the items leaked and caused a sticky mess with the others. As a result, I will stick to buying them locally. Despite this, I wish I could order two new ones online, but it seems that option is not available and customer support is not easily accessible. In my opinion, this product is perfect for endurance running as it is easy to consume while on the go.

These snacks are great for long rides, particularly ones over 100km, as they provide a quick energy boost to combat fatigue. However, rather than a gel consistency, they are more like an overly thick syrup, which may not be to everyone’s liking. While they are effective, I personally wouldn’t choose to purchase them again.

After testing out these liquid energy packets, there were a few noteworthy observations. Some flavors like warm cola and espresso were intriguing, though the taste of warm cola felt slightly odd, almost like it had been sitting out overnight. The packets are designed to prevent spills, so even after opening, you may need to squeeze to get the contents out, sometimes leaving some behind. To fully empty a packet, it often required using both hands to fold and squeeze from the bottom. While…

I really enjoy the flavors of these gels, and the energy they provide for running is fantastic.

These were a must-have for me. I mistakenly purchased these instead of the gels, but they are worth the few extra bucks. The taste is excellent, and the convenience of eating them while working out (without the risk of choking on gel) was fantastic. I was hesitant about the Cola flavor at first, but it was surprisingly pleasant to enjoy the taste of a “Coke” mid-race. I would definitely use them again!

One of the best I have tested.

These definitely work! The taste is quite good, slightly on the sweet side, but still a 5-star product in my opinion. It’s amazing, especially for long runs, providing that extra energy and carbs to help you push even harder! Highly recommended.

Has a flavor reminiscent of lemon cough syrup.
