I take these supplements on an empty stomach 30 to 40 minutes before my early morning workout. To maximize their effects, I refrained from drinking coffee, which I typically do. I even took these supplements during a three-day complete fast, which may have contributed to their effectiveness as my stomach was completely empty. I can confidently say that I felt good and experienced no crash after taking them.

I find these multivitamins to have generous amounts of vitamins and minerals along with a caffeine kick. They go down easily without any trouble. I personally favor taking these “once daily” vitamins compared to the 2-per-day or vitapak options because those tend to give me headaches, while the singles do not. Like many supplements, it’s not always easy to notice immediate effects, but considering the price, it’s comforting to know that my body is receiving additional vitamins.

The product is good, but I received an item that is close to its expiration date. The expiration date printed on the product is 01/2024, and considering it’s the end of October, this is concerning as I have 150 pillows to use up.
