I used this product during my workout and found that the recovery benefits were good, although the flavor was not the best.

After reading numerous reviews, I decided to try this product based on the positive feedback claiming it tasted like Skittles. However, to my surprise, the taste resembled super salty rocket candy – those small pastel blue, pink, green, and white candies often given out during Halloween. Unfortunately, the aftertaste was unbearable and lingered in my mouth for quite some time. Additionally, it upset my stomach. I will be exploring other products moving forward.

I really enjoy the flavor of this product. I mainly use it during my workouts as it provides me with the energy boost I require. I find it to be more preferable to creatine. However, I personally find it too sweet for my liking. I typically mix it in 24 ounces of water instead of the recommended 8-12 ounces.

It turned out to be a happy mistake as the watermelon flavor is delicious on its own or when added to a vanilla protein shake.
