While the taste may not be the best, these multivitamins are effective. I purchased them to support my intense training in Sanda while in China. Training at such a high level requires a quality multivitamin due to the subpar diet. I highly recommend these for anyone pushing themselves to the limit during training.

Taking this Multi supplement gives me sustained energy throughout the day. It contains all the necessary ingredients in the right amounts and excellent quality. I switched to this product from GNC Mega Men due to formula issues, but unfortunately, Opti-Men also fell short for me. I usually drink around 48oz of water daily, but it still seems like my body may not be absorbing all the nutrients.
