Those who find these tablets too big are using them incorrectly. The easiest way to take them is to ensure the tablet is facing towards your mouth and swallow with a gulp of water while looking down. Do not look up while swallowing. Initially had trouble until I learned to look down. No need to cut them or drink excessive water. Otherwise, great tablets! 👍

I’ve been using these for over three years and I swear by them. They give me the energy I need to get through a workout and help with the recovery after. The pills, you should be warned, are gigantic. They are “horse pills”. It’s funny because on the bottle it says “easy to swallow”. UPDATED FINAL REVIEW:
After more use, I discovered the best way to take them without difficulty. I grind them up in a blade coffee grinder to a chalky consistency, then add them to smoothies for an amino boost. They are virtually tasteless but a bit chalky; adding cinnamon helps. I still find them too large and plan to try other brands.
UPDATE:
The tablets are too large, even for someone good at swallowing pills. The manufacturer suggested breaking them in half, but that didn’t work for me….
