The capsules are a good size and easy to swallow. I originally purchased a different brand in tablet form, which was harder to swallow and lacked one of the amino acids found in Pure E. After using the new brand for half a bottle, I noticed that it was not as effective. I switched back to Pure E and noticed improvements within 2 weeks. I plan to stick with this brand going forward.
