The new design is very uncomfortable compared to the older one, and it hurts my hands when lifting heavy items. The shorter dotted grip makes it more difficult to wrap for heavy lifting. Only time will tell how durable it is, but I would still give it 5 stars because of my positive experience with the older design. My suggestion would be to remove the dotted grip and make it longer.
