I regularly take magnesium supplements to help with night time leg cramps. I appreciated this company’s transparency in accurately stating the magnesium content in their product. While the magnesium amount is on the lower side, I found the addition of potassium, zinc, omega 3, and vitamin C beneficial. I find these to be quite effective, although they do taste slightly stale. However, they are not unpleasant to taste or difficult to chew. This is a new form of magnesium for me as I used to take it in pill form, but it appears to have similar effects to the usual kind I take.
