This product is decent, containing many ingredients I already use before workouts. I like the EuphorIQ product for the Enfinity/Paraxanthine, so I decided to try this one. I prefer paraxanthine over regular caffeine for its benefits. However, I have two issues with Burn IQ: 1) The taste is terrible, and 2) The dosage for grains of paradise is too high. Overall, I prefer EuphorIQ and will stick to it after finishing this tub of Burn IQ.

I am really impressed with the taste – it starts off sweet and fruity like mango with hints of real watermelon, then ends with a strong and spicy kick. The effectiveness is great – I was able to switch from drinking 4 monsters a day to this alternative and gained energy without crashing in the afternoon.
