I really enjoy the flavor of the Strawberry Milkshake. It has just the right level of sweetness for me and mixes easily in a standard workout shaker. On the other hand, the Cookies and Cream flavor was quite unpleasant and I would not suggest it. I ended up mixing it with the strawberry flavor to avoid wasting it.
