I find these to be excellent meal replacements or snacks for in-between meals. I enjoy their chewy consistency, which makes them take longer to eat. If you are in Arizona, I recommend waiting until October to order, unless you can receive early morning deliveries. They arrived packaged in a cooler bag with an ice pack, but being in a delivery truck all day may not be ideal for them. I refrigerated them right away, and they were perfectly fine.
