While I may be nitpicking, I think these supplements should be more concentrated considering the longevity of the brand in 2024. Despite the size of the pills, I find them bearable to consume, with only a slight sourness. Mixing them with a protein shake makes it easier to swallow. Overall, I feel great taking these and believe that the high nutrient content justifies the cost.
