I used to think this product was already quite pricey, but now the number of servings per container of Sweet Potato has been reduced from 50 to 40 without a change in price. I may have to search for a more affordable alternative or consider making my own cubed frozen sweet potatoes to mix into my shake. It’s disappointing because, aside from the cost, it was a great product with good flavor.

I have been a fan of this product for its delicious taste, but the recent price increase is disappointing. I usually mix a serving and a half with 9 ounces of carton egg whites as my pre-workout meal. This product provides 33 grams of protein, 33 grams of carbs, minimal fat, and around 300 calories. However, due to the increased cost, I will be switching to using 50g of quick oats for the same carb content, despite the less enjoyable taste that requires me to consume it quickly.

The product tastes delicious, however, I was disappointed by the artificial banana bread flavor. I wish they would use real ingredients because it’s important for it to be genuine food. Despite this, I will still consume it, but in the future, I’ll opt for the sweet potato option instead.
