I didn’t know much about fast-absorbing carbohydrates, but they provide a lot of energy for workouts. In my case, I mix it with pre-workout (not sure how safe that is), but it gives me a boost. Additionally, its popsicle-like flavor makes it easy to mix. The downside is that it can cause gas, which can be uncomfortable. This review is for the cherry-flavored product. It has a medicinal taste reminiscent of cough syrup. I plan to switch back to the watermelon flavor next time. The only way I can consume this product is by mixing it with Xtend BCAA.
